Mark has recently joined Alacriti as SVP of Faster Payments from FIS where he led product development for the RTP® network, the FedNowSM service, and Zelle®. Previously, Mark was part of the team that designed, developed, and launched the RTP network at The Clearing House. Mark's industry experience includes working in digital payments product development at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Citibank, SunTrust Banks (now Truist Financial Corporation) and TD Bank.
Rick Cooney

Vice President, Fraud & Identity Management, CNG Holdings

Rick’s career in Financial Services Fraud Investigation, Operations and Risk Management has spanned over 36 years. After spending 14 years managing bank security and corporate investigations for Household International, Rick moved to Citibank and began a career in Credit Card Fraud Risk Management. He managed Fraud Risk and Operations for the Private Label Card Program and later managed Fraud Risk for the North American Branded (Mastercard, Visa and American Express) Programs.

Rick then became the Fraud Leader for GE Capital Retail Bank which transitioned to Synchrony Bank. He retired from Synchrony Bank in 2018 and shortly thereafter accepted a role with CNG Holdings to develop and manage an Identity and Fraud Risk Program. Working closely with a number of well-known industry vendors and experts, Rick led the design and implementation of a highly successful Identity Management platform that has allowed CNG Holdings to grow their online presence with limited identity fraud risk.
